Slipping Away the moments that make up a dull day...

Today is my 33rd birthday.

Today is also the day that I learned that Bob Hope has died at 100 (technically he died yesterday, the 27th at 9:28pm PST, but that was 12:28AM Eastern time, so I'm counting it as today, July 28th.)

Do either of these events have any great significance?

  4. Ah but you forget the last 18 years of your existence may be very much like the first 18 years. Hoping that you can have sex (though Viagra can help that), hoping that you can get your driver's license, hoping that you don't wet yourself etc...

  5. Trust you to take an uplifting moment and try to take the wind from my sails. And you once said I was the depressing one.

Too bad, but I'm in too good a mood to allow you to drag me down into your cave of confused fear...

Gregory, you forget that I wasn't around for the first 18 years. I don't think he'll be needing Viagra especially since he's been unknowingly ingesting youth potion. Haven't you noticed, he doesn't age? He still looks twelve. Young meat! *cackle!*
